Windows Fix It Uninstall Program
You may have trouble reinstalling software under the followingcircumstances:
Remove a Program by using Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility. Download and run the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility. Click Next at the first screen. Next, select the Uninstalling option. From the list of installed programs, choose the program that you want to remove.
